Well I'm bored and I have no idea on this programming and I wanna learn to program on computer. So any idea which to start first and give me an assignment and I'll do it and practice programming.

get MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC EXPRESS 2008 (its the free version) and make a webbrowser as their is only one line of code to make simple one it shouldnt take you long
