"General" forum structure - I think you should always put the Announcements and Rules at the top. Maybe make a seperate section just for the forum rules?Fix the title of the "Staff Meating Zone" to "Staff Meeting Zone" (spelt meeting wrong).Make the rank text (ie. Administrator, VIP Member) so it is the same color as the User's title. I think that it looks a bit un-professional to have a VIP's username yellow, and the rank cyan.
